Operating Within Thailand's Medical Cannabis Framework
Thailand's cannabis regulations changed significantly in June 2025 and again in 2026. Cannabis is now governed under a legal medical framework, and dispensaries such as Euphoria operate under clear restrictions on advertising and promotion. Flower sold to guests is grown to GACP standards, and cannabis flower purchases require a valid medical cannabis prescription from a licensed practitioner.
